you can add your wise to the vehicle title even if she doesn't have DL. She doesn't have to have DL in order to own a vehicle. She can also be added to the insurance card as a non driver. good luck!

How do I do that in PA?

Sorry, brother, was not trying to ignore you, but i just have no ideas about an RFE and how to respond to them.

I always use a lawyer for all these things and that is what my plan is in an event i receive an RFE. I just do not have the time or the confidence to do all these things on my own.

But make sure you obtain the tax transcripts from IRS.

On my RFE they didn't ask for the transcripts they said that I was just missing the W2 forms and the taxes from 2014.

I think you and your wife should go to your local DMV and ask the clerk to add her to your vehicle title... but the problem is you will receive the new title with both of your names on it only in like 2 months which you don't have. Maybe the clerk at the DMV can give you some kind of proof that your wife has been added to the title.

I will but also they said that I need to send more documentation. I'm wondering am I suppose to send everything that I already send them plus the new stuff or just the new stuff. If its just the new stuff then I got 401K document stating that my wife is a beneficiary in a plan that I used to have with comcast, I have a new apartment lease, I have renewed DL and ID cards, I have more bank statements, I have new life insurance policy.

My NOA was Jan 2nd. I guess I should expect a RFE soon... No updates for me so far.

I don't think I included my 2014 Tax returns and driver license. We did our 2014 taxes in March 2015. Didn't know about the driver license.

I thought my package was comprehensive with a our baby's birth certificate, mortgage statements, power of attorney, deed, health insurances, photos, affidavits, flight tickets, car insurance, 401k beneficiaries, joint bank accounts, and 2012&2013 tax returns.

On a separate note... The USCIS processing times on the website have drastically changed.

CSC says Jan 3rd

VSC says 6 months.

Wow!!!!!!! Now, i am no longer a VSC filer since juri9sdiction changed, and my NOA is Jan 16th so no service request can be opened. FML!

But I just added her, wouldn't they want to see her on the insurance for the span of 2 years? Or could I explain that she doesnt have a license and just recently she decided that she is getting a license so I added her to the policy?

It isn't just the tax return issue, we sent only one year and were approved, but we sent a lot of other evidence.

Well in my RFE they specifically asked for the 2014 tax return they said it was missing and that I didn't send it.

Hi guys so do I send only the editional info or do I need to send everything I already sent plus the new stuff, and this is the list of the new stuff:

1. Renewed ID and DL cards.

2. Life insurance with my wife as a beneficiary (got this month).

3. Car insurance with both our names valid from June till December.

4. New apartment lease.

5. 2014 tax return plus w2 that I didn't submit with the original form (they specifically requested 2014 tax return and the w2).

6. Editional bank statements for checking account

7. Phone bills with both our names on them for the past 6 months.

What do you think guys?

But the question is do I send only this stuff (the extra info that they asked for) or do I need to send everything I already sent before along with it.. Meaning the tax return for 2013, the bank statements from 2012 and 2013 and more?

Only the new documents because they have the documents you sent before .

First of all the stuff they asked for on their letter like W2 2014 ( very important ) and the rest of their list , then you can add anything new to prove to them that your marriage in a good condition like what you list before
