What happens if its an RFE? what info should I send? I sent everything I could. The only new thing I got is the tax return from this year.

I am sure it would be approval but lets say .001% thjen send tax return along with all the documents you have gathered since you submitted last time. Like whatever you got in last 9-10 months.

But I am sure that it would be Approval.

And when I was doing my 1 751 I never did any finger print when I call they told me they still have the old one. And my case never updated untill I got approved.

They said I send evidence for only one year and they said I didn't send driver license copies which I did. I didn't send 2014 tax return cause I didn't have it at the time when I filed but now I have it. But they said I need to "also include all required schedules, statements and any attachments such as w2 records" what does that mean? I am not sure if I sent w2 I will send now if I didn't but what does the "schedules, statements?" I sent the whole thing that I got from my tax return agent.

I sent phone bill statements, bank statements, photos, post cards from relatives, 3 affidavits, apartment lease for 2014/15, tax return for 2013 (didn't have the 2014 tax return when I filed, I will send that now), IDs and drivers license. Should I send all of that again and add more bank statements, phone bills and the new tax returns and the new lease?

What should I do please guys help me!!!

You need to send TAX RETURN TRANSCRIPTS.

Either order them online from IRS website, or go get them in person from nearest IRS office.

Dont send tax retunr papers provided by accountant.

Also, i am not sure how many January filers must have submitted 2014 returns because w2s dont even get available until end of jan from most employers.

I didn't because we filed only in march.

Hence, i have been expecting an RFE for the same reason

Got the approval letter today! Case status not updated on website. Letter came from the local office in Miami and it says I should receive the card within 60 days.
