BTW if someone that filed i-751 after getting divorced and didn't get an interview or an RFE thats a really really good sign. I don't mind an interview or an RFE but that's more time added to the case. It looks like they are overloaded and just want to get it over with. I wish that's the case. I don't mind waiting another week or 2 if that is infect the case.

Approvals today!!!! Com'n!!!

Hi all, haven't been active for a long time here on Visa Journey, but also a January 2015 filer and playing the waiting game as well :-) I tried to find the right timeline to update on the general VisaJourney timeline but I'm not seeing the I-751 or service centers when I click on add/edit timeline. Any tips?

Here is where we are:

Date of I-751 = 01-09-2015
NOA Date = 01-14-2015
Biometrics = 03-10-2015
Approved = N/A

**We received the one year extension letter from January 12, 2015 to January 12, 2016.

**We received the I89 Approved removal of conditions transfer letter on September 1, 2015 with a notice date of August 17, 2015. The letter says the case has been transferred to California Service Center, but the online status says transferred to the local office (We live in DC so that wouldn't be California...)

Here is the current online status from USCIS.gov:

Case Was Received At My Local Office

On August 24, 2015, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number EAC1507050641, at your local office.

As long as you received the letter saying that was transferred to CSC is okay. Plus, all transfers says local office when you go online. So don't worry. Just sit tight. ??

Yea like I said if someone that filed as divorced got the approval straight away then we should expect fast approvals. Fingers crossed

I hope that's the case for you guys, but just so you know my packet was 8lbs when I mailed it - not like it was a few pieces of evidence on a wing and a prayer! :)

Yea. I know people that filed divorced and had a huge packet but still got an interview. They usually will give an interview to someone that is divorced regardless of the size of the packet
