The words “Case Type: CRI89 Approved Removal on Conditions” will be printed on the transfer notice. This refers to your pending Form I-751.

I guess never mind...

I brought this up earlier. All of our transfer notices say approved removal of condition. Let's hope it is actually approved. Keep in mind, there are so many other January filers who are not on VJ :). At some point or another, our turn will definitely come. Congrats to those who got the approval!

The US EIS news article also says that it went say approved removal of conditions. That is if you are being transferred. This is very unclear as to what it means I am thinking it means that the proof cases were sent to California for for their paperwork or processing

Interesting story:

A friend of mine did not have to go through an initial interview for her first 2 year green card a few months ago. We guess it was due to low staff? I hope this wait will be over soon...
