Well, life came in the way, so we are filing in January now. We have been gathering documents and proof stuff and will be compiling the package soon. Our Service Center is California. Smooth sailing to all of us

I am back on here after a while, need to file for my ROC ASAP (2yr GC expires in April)

1. Can someone point me to good resources to read/review on the process of filing I-751? details on what to include in the packet?

2. What do I need to file in addition if I expect to travel internationally before getting this 10yr GC?

3. Whats the earliest day that I can apply for my citizenship...3yrs since first GC which would make it Apr 2016?

They took the money out of my account already! I should be getting NOA soon, I suspect.

My husband has been working off shore this month so we had to time the filing so the biometrics appointment wasn't scheduled too soon. He'll be home on Feb 1st, so we should be okay.

Hello everyone, im new to this site.

im going to send the I-751 next week, but i had couple of questions,

i entered the US with a B-1 tourist visa when i was 12 yrs old in 2004.

i saw some post that some people have K-1 on the I-751 cover letter.

im not sure what to put in that space on the cover letter, any help is appreciated.

Our package is done and will be going out tomorrow! Tomorrow is our 2 year Wedding anniversary....should be good luck ;-)

Anyone else annoyed by this process this time around?? For some reason it bothered me this time to be sending so much personal stuff again. Oh well, much less stress this time around since we're not waiting to be together. I'm just glad to have the package done.

I'm kind of annoyed because we had our I-130 approved with no evidence. It feels really intrusive and I really don't like it.

Intrusive is a good word for it. I was okay with all the personal/relationship stuff, but all the financial stuff bothered me. To show co-mingled finances and beneficiary evidence means showing all your financial data. I felt like I was buying a house again.

K-1, AOS and now ROC....guess I'm over it. LOL
