Hi I sent my packet on 10th of April and they received on 13th. I have not got anything in the mail and neither they have cashed the check I sent along with my documents.

Is that normal ? How long usually it take them to mail the Noa? I'm getting worried. Your input would greatly be appreciated.

Hi,is NOA the date that you received your 1 year extension to travel or work, whilst they are processing the ROC application?

The Receipt notice date (printed) on your NOA not the date you received it in the mail.

Hoping this thing gets approved sooner or later. My wife and I are in the middle of getting a housing loan and my pending case may become an issue in closing :/

Ah I see,its the date on the Form I-797C Notice of Action aka biometrics appointment form,correct?

I only received two forms:

1) the Form I-797,Notice of Action and

2) the I-751 Receipt Notice extending my conditional resident status for another year.

Just a quick question for everyone. I was quite late in receiving my biometrics letter and got one only after my Lawyer had called the office to inquire about the same.

I assume the delay may have been due to the field office being extremely busy.

My question is, how much does a late biometrics appointment factor into the entire approval process timeline? Or is there no rule of thumb or convention?

In my opinion late biometrics does not delay your case since there is already a lag in processing I-751 cases.

Hello Fellow January filers!

I filed my I- 751 form on January 26, 2015. Received my NOA dated January 30, 2015. Biometric appointment on February 24, 2015. I checked my case status on May 26, 2015 and it says:

Card Was Ordered To Be Produced

On May 26, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number WACxxxxxxxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
