Filling for N-400

I am almost ready to ship my package. I am applying on basis of Married to US Citizen.

Applying a little bit late after 4 years becoming perm resident.

please help if I am missing something.

Document that my package include are as follows.

1. Form N-400

2. 2 Passport size picture

3. My Green Card photocopy (front and back)

4. $680 Check

5. Marriage Certificate

6. Children Birth Certificates

7. My Birth Certificate

8. Additional Sheet for addresses where I lived

8. Additional Sheet for more Employment s

1) the additional sheet should be attached directly to the form

2) Include a proof that your wife has been a USC for at least 3 years
