I did the same thing and we were just notified that we got an RFE, I think that's why.

You'll probably get an RFE for it. You have to submit the I-693a with your AOS application if your medical is less than one year. After that, you'd need a whole new medical (I think).

I didn't include a I693A and have not got a RFE. Just submitted my vaccination worksheet from medical. My appointment is next week. I now do have the I693A to give at the interview if asked.

I didn't include the I-693A either... just the vaccination worksheet DS-3025. I didn't get an RFE but I don't yet have my interview appointment letter.

ditto

but also did you have ALL of your vaccinations done prior to entry... ie MMR, TD varicella? Some countries are not giving the TD injection so if you are missing any would probably get those done and the I693A. If you are completely vaccinated just send in the worksheet, but also make some calls around your area to get pricing on the transfer to the supplement just in case.

Yes, I did have all of my vaccinations done prior to entry, including Td.

You may or may not get an RFE for it, some people actually don't. However, I would still get the form and have it ready just in case they do ask for it in an RFE; if they don't then I'd bring it to your interview (assuming you have one).
