So I spoke with a lady named Tessa, actually a nice woman. She said its in final review as well. I asked for a supervisor and she tried getting someone but they werent available but provided her with some information.

Apparently there is another piece of mail they have to review that was sent (I am assuming it was my checklist document that I sent. But this was done in early december, not sure why it needs to be reviewed since my case was completed on December 30)

anyways that is being reviewed and a supervisor is going to review that document and I will have to wait. Anyone know how long a supervisor review takes? I think they sent it for a review on January 16th.

So I can kiss goodbye to a march interview.

Wow that is ridiculous. I hope it can be resolved as quickly as possible. How awful to give someone hope in this process and then snatch it back just as quickly. I'm sorry for what you are going through! Nightmare.

Ok they haven`t reviewed my request yet but rep and I have a lot of laughing while talking about the snow and stuff I was her first call today, maybe because of that:)

OMG they people are just idiots, have you sent an e-mail to them for some reason after you sent the last documents? They sometimes hold you up if you sent an e-mail because to them on the PC I guess it looks like a document. If you sent an e-mail for any reason after you sent your last documents you need to call and ask to speak to a supervisor. You'll get quick action if this is the case but I'm out of the loop how long it will take other wise. I'm praying this is done quickly.

Hi y'all!! yesterday hubby received a letter from NVC dated January 15, 2015 saying they did not have correct email addresses as our mails from them did not go through. And so they asked us to submit current email addresses for both our cases. They instructed us to mail them at asknvc@state.gov . I responded immediately. I am wondering if my email to that address will be looked at in good time or is there an alternative email address which they can be reached at asap?. Mark you we never received any mail from NVC and all information on our case we get through calling.

Hubby said he has always spelt out the email addresses to them whenever he calls but now it seems they don't update anything. And i am even wondering coz the email USCIS used to email us the notifications is still the same email addresses we both use. Wonders never cease to happen.. smh

I called today too to ask if they are scheduled interviews yet and was told the exact same thing...hold one second please because my computer is slow today lol. They wont start scheduling interviews until the 2nd of Feb.
