THANK U MY FRIEND!!! U & everyone's prayers helped and my husband got his visa!!!! They told him he will get his visa in 1 week!! The interview was straightforward and the COs were nice.

I WANNA THANK ALL MY VJ FAMILY ESPECIALLY SOLOENTA, DWHEELS, & SAYLIN, for all the support and encouragement they provided thru this journey!! I will post a review shortly....and now I can finally sleep and get very good rest.

Congratulations one step closer and I think quicker since there is no third party and travel time to deal with. I pray you have a smooth journey from here on, I pray your not tortures like many of us have. Please keep us updated.

I'm not sure, they always say that the Embassy has to have your files and expedite isn't really expedite but at the same time why not it can't hurt to try. Just wouldn't hold my breath. They love to toss the responsibility to each other like a ball. Good luck my friend please let us know what happens, your in my prayers.

Your Timeline isn't filled out so I have no clue what's going on. What I gather from your post is you sent something they gave you a checklist for on ............... wait I'm confused and I mean completely.

To schedule an interview you have to have received your Case Complete is that right you have CC? If so when did this happen? It depends on your Embassy to see how long it takes to be scheduled, not sure if the Tunisia Embassy is a busy one or not. Dewheels will most likely be able to help you out but you will need to give her more information than you have given us. Try this like Dewheels might be able to help you and if you have CC that is one link you should follow.

Please everyone today a e&g interview so please say a prayer that all goes well and she is approved for her Visa. My candle is lit so please join me in a prayer for our friend. Our turn will come and we all need prayers from each other. Thank you!

Interview starts at 3:20 am Pacific time, 9:20 Rio Time. So she is in the Embassy now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Getting off PC to pray and not be distracted, will be back later. This is nerve racking this is killing me!

Day 60 so I called NVC....no change...no review and I was told that since they were closed for 4 days during the holidays that they are running over the 60 days! I was told to call back at the end of the week... O.K. I get that they are busy and behind a few days but why is it that others with the same or later scan dates are getting CC ? The phone person could not explain that to me....I am fed up to my eyeballs and then some

nvc has changed some of their phone processes..

In order to improve the efficiency and consistency of responses to the public, the Visa Office has established one point of contact for all domestic inquiries regarding nonimmigrant and immigrant visa cases. The National Visa Center (NVC) will begin handling all domestic inquiries from the public on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa cases beginning Monday, January 12, 2015 at 7:00 a.m. (EST).

The NVC is also upgrading its phone system to provide better service to our customers. Thank you for your patience while this upgrade is in progress.

can someone confirm to me how this should affect us when we call in? I am only 2 weeks new to the NVC process so I don't know if I should be more optimistic (ie that they've streamlined some practices or not).
