Thanks dwheels76 !

I called today they said they have started scheduling March, but no date assigned yet.

REALLY!! I will believe it when I see people start posting they are scheduled. That would be a first on the 23rd. But we will take whatever they have. We will see

Who wants to start calling what country (Philippines usually always starts us off)!! :goofy:

VISA Approved!!!

We had our interview this morning at the Santo Domingo embassy. There was some confusion for a few folks over the new process here with the opening of ustraveldocs. The facility is new and gorgeous but the interview itself was a horrible experience with an older female consular that was very rude and insulting the entire time. I was embarrassed that this person represented the United States to my wife. BUT, that's behind us now and my wife was approved so we are going to keep looking forward to being together soon. We are giddy with excitement as we think about going to the airport together!! I will post a detailed interview experience a little later.

Congratulations. Who did you reschedule with the embassy? No need to call NVC you have no further dealings with them.

We rescheduled with Montreal embassy online....thank you for clarifying .....its just when my husband goes for medical and interview does he need updated email or old one plus new confirmation email from Montreal embassy is fine...

Here is my interview experience:

I typed it up while my wife was sleeping. She was exhausted from not sleeping the night before. I feel better now that I have vented about that nasty CO at the embassy. Now the family and I are getting ready to head out to dinner to celebrate!!!

I just read your review. Wow. That is crazy and maybe it was a tactic. So glad it's over and your wife will soon be with you in the U.S. I wish I could go in with my husband to his interview but I will be praying from the hotel or waiting area hoping he has a nice CO. Thanks for sharing!
