We received our CC at the NVC on November 14, and received our P4 on December 4. Our interview is January 23 in Santo Domingo. I've been checking the CEAC website and our case still shows "At NVC" as of today January 1.

Should we be concerned? It seems like the date is getting close. What will the message change to after the embassy receives the file?

Just NVC tomorrow to make sure everything is okay. I wouldn't worry long as the documents is there day of interview is all that matters. People seem to think it arrives weeks ahead and that isn't always the case.

When it arrives at embassy it changes to READY and thats when you start seeing case status updates.

Wow. What a coincidence! I checked the CEAC again this morning before work and it said "At NVC" so I called the NVC first thing and they told me the package was shipped December 22. I just checked CEAC again now, a few hours later, and the status has changed to "Ready"

OMG YOU GUYS ARE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband sent an email to the consulate asking for an earlier interview, once we were expedite but the interview date they gave us we to feb 27th.

WE JUST GOT AN EMAIL with the interview for JANUARY 12!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to breathe and RUN to have everything in order before flying to Rio!!!

I'm SOO happy and thankful to God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally got my date at Kingston embassy.. Interview scheduled for February 12.. 1 step closer to the end of this process. Thanks for the support everyone!! :-)

Howlong it take for interview latter to get in email. I called Tuesday for date and they gave me verbally but i want to know actual email.

Thanks for the information. I m scheduled for February 4th, but haven't received the interview letter. Can we still schedule for the biometrics appt or we have to wait till the interview letter P4 comes from NVC?

Well it's online I do believe you can go ahead and schedule it. But you need the letter when you go in. Go online and see.

My dear, I really don't know what to say about plastic surgery...I'm very afraid of any kind of pain, medicine or cut on Myself so I'm sorry I cannot help in this matter! :/

I don't think you need to call as long as you have interview scheduled. The status will not change until they ship your case to the embassy.

God bless you hehehee just called and spoke to Arthur now I have spoken to the two famous NVC reps both were very nice. Anyway I asked him why the numbers didn't change on the P4 package and he said they don't change they stay the same but why then are people saying that numbers as in how many immigrants are being interviewed is added and some letters? Anyway as long as we are ok I'm fine with it but still a little nervous about it. Said there is no tracking number and they are ready to send the Files to the US Embassy in Cairo shortly. I will worry I can't help it hahahaa sorry but thank you.

DONT!! mine just changed yesterday and i received the interview date on dec 8. You have the email is all that matters, just relax prepare for the interview!!

I enter our Case # and it says to check with NVC called and they said they don't put that information on the net. So confusing but was told it's ok but still want to know when my files arrive at the Embassy.

Only if you want to look ugly cause your GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So no they can't help you they would only mess you up and yes they are the best at plastic surgery . Thank you so much, I finally know what my angel looks like.
