Hi everyone as of January 5 I got case complete and just received case complete e-mail but no interview date yet can someone please tell me how long it's take to find out the interview date please please please many thanks in advance!!!!!!

Bem,while I agree with you that they need to update us (those who have pending interviews), I don't think it fair for you to request theirs when you cannot update your timeline for others behind you

If it's cheaper why not, I've done it they don't care as long as you paid for it. :D But make sure its cheaper, sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't.

our one way ticket is about $200 cheaper than the round trip but I would purchase the round trip if it were cheaper. They don't care if you never use it.

08/02 AOS bill paid and DS 261 completed
08/05 AOS bill shows PAID in the ceac website
08/13 AOS package sent
08/18 AOS package delivered (USPS website track number)
09/11 IV Bill invoiced
09/12 IV bill shows PAID
09/12 DS 260 completed
09/12 IV package sent
09/18 IV package received (rep. told this date but the 60 days waiting letter says 09/16).
10/17 - AOS checklist. Tax transcripst 2013 missing (husband thought W2s were enough)

When did you find out the interview date after you case complete? how many days between case complete and interview date assignment?

Anybody from mumbai consulate has "In-transit" or "ready" status for February interview? I have interview on 3rd feb but still "at nvc".little worried

06-06-2021 - Recevied NVC case no. - case entered into nvc's system

06-08-2021 - AOS fee
06-08-2021 - IV fee
07-05-2021 - IV & AOS documents submitted online

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

08-12-2021 - submitted police clearance certificate - which was last document submitted to NVC

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy

Got my CC on January 8th, When should I expect to have my interview at the Manila Embassy? Are they still scheduling for February? Thank you VJ's :)

Congratulations. Welcome to the group. Really don't know with the Philippines seems they have rolling scheduling. But I think they may be done for February.

I got my cc on December 31st and still don't have a interview date, according to nvc Yerevan embassy is full up to March and i wont get a interview date until some time next month, does the nvc really have to wait until next month to issue me a interview date?

Well you just said they said they are filled up to March so if they are filled up how can you get a date. For most embassies to be able to get a date u need to get a case complete usually by the 20th. You had case complete well after they had already started and probably finished scheduling.

And interview scheduling is only done month by month.

March should start up end of this month maybe the 28th again.
