With my suggestion, it's one line long. Keep the evidence list for yourself, as a reference. The people in the USCIS mail room will tear apart your submission and arrange it to their preference, regardless.

You can just present the evidence without listing every piece you have.

Here are the things I would omit:

1. Any passport pages as they are not a requirement.

2. The vacant lot review, paid receipt, and any photos of said lot - if the deed is joint, you clearly both own it.

3. The health insurance statements and pay stubs showing payment - the joint cards are sufficient.

4. The early childhood plan sheets.

5. The bank statement showing your hotel stay.

6. The copies of baptism-related things.

7. The candy store receipt - why???

8. The bank letter - you already have one showing your address and lots of other "proof of joint residence" evidence.

9. The Walmart receipt - ???

10. The Amazon boxes - come on now.

11. The junk mail.

12. The credit union letter if the statements from your checking, savings, and credit accounts are joint.

There is no need to state and restate the package's contents. Keep it short and sweet. Dear USCIS, please find the joint petition regarding (spouse/A#). Thank you for your time. Respectfully, (both spouses)

Don't mention a home visit or inquiries about "problems".

Good luck! :)

Ok, if take out the reciepts as your right they are kinda over the top my cover letter is still two pages long, I made a thread awhile ago were people told me it didnt matter how long my cover letter was. Thats why i just planed to have a cover letter that was a couple of pages long. Whats your opinions on this. Has anyone evr done this? Ive read threads were people have tons of evidence and i dont think that they are able to fit on one page either.

Ok I omitted a couple of things, and changd the margins, it is now exactly 2 pages long. Should I enclude a note at the upper right hand corner of the first page, perhaps in a diffrent color, stating to please note that this cover letter is 2 pages long?

Can anyone tell me if my evidence is good. Is there anything else i can add? Ive since rephrased this cover letter and shortened it to 2 pages. Ive removed some of evidence that didnt really matter such as the reciepts from the candyshop we visited and the Amazon addrss labels off the boxes we recieved. Ive also edited the opning paragraph as well. Im wondering if perhaps im sending to much?
