Just the other day we received an rfe but I think it is for biometrics so we are just waiting to see tomorrow is his biometrics and the rfe email came a couple days after we received the letter stating when his biometrics was. Does everyone get an rfe for biometrics? ANother question how many days after the biometrics is the interview? My husband and I will be leaving for las vegas on a business trip with my family. Have to get new ideas for my business. We will be gone on february 25th until march 1st.

12 Oct 2006- Interivew awesome,Embassy holded my Visa due to unable to show the I-134 Affidavit of Support

19 Oct 2006- Handed Over the I-134 Affidavit of Support to VFS Office,New Delhi

01 Nov 2006- Visa been Issued wooohooooo

14 Nov 2006- Recieved Passport with K1 Visa and a Sealed Envelope

23 Nov 2006- POE Chicago..way easy..asked easy questions, boarded the flight for Phoenix to meet me lol!!

07 Dec 2006- Applied for SSN

21 Dec 2006- Recieved the SSN

16 Dec 2006- Got Married with my Jatin woooohoooooo!!!

I just mailed back a RFE! It was things that I sent the first time. I have been reading a lot of posts and many receive RFE for items previously submitted the first time. I just resent the items that was needed. Don't worry about it! :thumbs:

yeah, you don't get an RFE for biometrics. The only possible scenario I can think of where that might happen is if you got interviewed and they messed up and didn't give you a biometrics appointment yet so you're approved pending on the biometrics, but even then I doubt they send you an RFE for it. Anyways, it seems to me that most RFE's are for something to do with the I864 but it could be for any number of things. They're no big deal, just send them what they want :)
