I got my CC last week (30th) but got an email today that they received my documents and it will take 60 days to review. I did mail them my documents (as per CSR instructions) that they claimed were missing while the supervisor was reviewing the case. They got them on december 29 (this is the scan date on the email as well)

Will this cause any delays? Has anyone ran across such situation before?

Thanks

This process is torture. I thought they were working on checklist on 45-50 days. I know exactly how you feel. My new scan date for aos checklist is Dec 16. I was hoping they flew through Nov. Stay positive we will get over this obstacle.

Guys,

quick question

What's the possibility of getting checklist if I haven't submitted any bank letter or statements showing available fund? Although, I did not send this information as my own salary was more than enough to beat poverty guideline limit. (Just to be on safe side I also added my wife as a join sponsor - by the way I filed the petition for my mother).

What are the chances that I would get the checklist. Give your feedback. Thanks.
