Yes that's what I did, sent it out on Friday, it was delivered Monday. Make sure they deliver it Monday morning, so it can be scanned on that day hopefully.

Thanks,

Hi! Nice seeing you again on the forum. We're of almost similar scan dates. I have December 8 scan date.

I took the gamble of sending the corrected AOS based on what the rep told me back in November 28.

And fortunately, what the rep said back then were exactly the content of the Checklist email we received December 18. It saved us a good 10 days.

I saw a few posts where they have more than 1 checklist. I don't like to say its common, but it happens.

But let's be positive and pray we get that long waited case complete really soon.

Thanks.

Thanks! Yes, well when we spoke to the first operator they told us we needed to send in a corrected I-864a (left a field blank where we shouldn't have) and my husband's W2s. We did that. Then when we got the actual checklist it was quite confusing, so we called again to confirm what we needed to send, and the operator categorically and confidently confirmed that we did send the right things and agreed that the checklist was confusingly worded. So we are hopeful.

Yes let's hope we get CC about the same time! Soloenta was saying that 54 days appears to be the sweet spot at the moment for document signoffs which would bring you to about now!

They will send you the 60-day email a few days after they receive your packages, and they will tell you in that email when they received your packages. From what I understand, the scan date is the received day that they put in the email.

Its good that what you sent was confirmed correct. I've been checking the CEAC website like crazy since last week. The weather took off a good 2 days, but safety is a priority. There was one who got a CC last Jan 23 with a Dec 8 scan date. That made me more anxious. Haha.. What's good is that there are December CCs already.. So yeah.. I think something will happen this week. (Fingers crossed). And I am even hoping to get the chance of being squeezed into the March interview schedule as I have not seen March interview schedule started yet. So the sooner CC, the higher the chances of a March interview sched.
