I think you're mistaken. IV bill is never invoiced at the same time as the AOS invoice, since the IV bill is dependent on the DS-261 being submitted and added to the case file.

The only time where an IV bill will be invoiced right away is when the case has a lawyer attached, in which they're automatically selected as agent, thus by-passing the DS-261.

Be careful about that

Yup! Just looked again and the two cases I saw recently with the same AOS and IV invoice date skipped the DS-261. I hadn't noticed that before.

Now I'm kicking myself because I could have sent in both packages today, having paid AOS yesterday, but we're still waiting for my husband's birth certifictate. If ya'll think NVC is slow, try Spanish bureaucracy!

When are you hoping to have your visa approved?

I have a potential job offer if I can get down by May, so I'm hoping by the end of May to be Visa-in-hand. I'm not holding my breath though.

I seem to recall people saying that the wording in their confirmation of receipt of documents said that it could take 'up to 60 days' to review documents?

If that's the case, we have a new kettle of fish going on. I just reread my confirmation receipt.

owww I am happy for you....now am counting down few days again..... ...my AOS checklist scan date was Dec 15,2014.....himmmm how many hours left to see the CC? ....i miss 'CC' too

I also got my scan date email this morning and it also said AT LEAST 60 days. Jeesh, I hope this doesn't mean their processing times are getting longer

Hello NVC filers,

My joint sponsor is self employed anf files taxes jointly with his wife. What should he write in current annual individual income in I864 form? Will it be an approximate current annual income or the amount from the 2013 (latest till now) tax transcript?

Earlier I thought it will be an approximate amount but after searching VJ threads I saw that self employed persons can't enter an approx amount. What to write in that part then?

Kindly help.

My AOS package is ready, but my IV will be ready after 20 day. Do you advise me to send AOS package alone or wait and send AOS & IV together ??
