When AOS changes to N/A but civil documents is still showing as Paid, does that mean CC?

Congrats! What is your last scan date? and was it for a checklist?

Thanks.

I don't want to get too excited too soon because under civil documents it still shows as "paid"

My scan date was 28 November - no checklist.

Ill have to confirm with the NVC that it does mean CC.

:secret: You should read the wiki I wrote ;) There's only one place that changes to N/A to indicate case complete. No other columns do.

spoke to a supervisor she told me all my mail has been reviewed ,only additional mail is pending to be reviewed ? does it mean checklist is remaining ?

Friends, NVC received our approved I130 and I129F (K3 spouse visa) on the same day (Jan 15). They assigned a case number for I129F (K3) the next day. As expected, they haven't assigned a case number for I130. The I129F (K3) case is under administrative process, with no timeframe to complete.

1. What does administratuve process for I129F (K3) mean?

2. How long does it take NVC to finish the administartive process for K3?

3. Has anyone got his K3 approved, while NVC is waiting to assign a case number for I130.

Thanks.

If you send in documents to the NVC via email will you receive some kind of confirmation and if so, what is the timeframe from email to receiving this confirmation. We just sent in the I-864 required documents and the civil documents.

We got the one checklist (which I think is on the spreadsheet) and that was it. I thought we had a second one, but it wasn't. Every time I called they were like "still processing". 60 days my butt!! Hopefully now this nightmare is close to an end.
