That's what I thought. Thanks so much for the link! I hadn't seen the separate page for payment (Still haven't received welcome email or anything). I logged in there and can't see any info at all for AOS (in process, I hope), and for IV I can see my husband's info and that it's not yet invoiced.

I just got off the phone with NVC and was told that they take 42 days from the time you submit the DS-261 to invoicing the AOS fee. I confirmed again and again that she was not talking about the case received to case number time (as that has been quoted at 42 days too). Gotta love how knowledgeable and accurate some of them are, no?

Try call after let it say 10-15 days and ask if they can review ds261 by the phone;)

Got a checklist for Marriage Certificate not issued by correct Authority. It appears they were looking for a document that was not in english.

Bummer.

seriously, another 42 days wait after you get a case number.....wow. i've been reviewing timelines and this isn't what I see. others, please help de-stress me and ABDyJLSO and tell us this isn't so!!!

That is great as my case was received on 12/19. I called this morning and nothing yet. I on the phone now waiting on hold. Going by your dates it should be soon.

I am on my 78th day today for an AOS checklist to be reviewed. They said to wait more. Its being reviewed

Just realized that made a mistake in I864A form on part 2.13. Package already sent. Can I send a freshly filled I864A with the correction? Anyone?
