woow you are amazing Saylin Thank You :) Thank You :) Thank You :) Thank You :) Thank You :) Thank You :)

I would also check with the Yemeni embassy in Saudi Arabia, if they can help with the police clearance.

I once called NVC about a similar question (police clearance from Syria), and they said check with the embassy Syrian embassy in Riyadh.

If nothing works, write a letter when you submit your documents to NVC, explaining to them that you couldn't obtain the police clearance.

Hey all,

I've been away from here for a while, but just got my interview letter from the NVC on Friday and my interview date is February 3rd. I checked the Montreal Consulate instructions and it says to bring the original police check, as well as original AOS forms. Is this just a general rule? I mailed the originals directly to the NVC so so not have them.

Thanks

I emailed and mailed my naturalization cert and noa2 to NVC on nov 19th. When I called NVC, they told me it will take 42 days. But, I contacted my congressman to conduct an inquery in dec 1st week by mailing a copy of naturalization cer and nvc letter. Luckily my congressman sent the copy of my naturalization cert to NVC along with inquiry, NVC had upgraded the status to CR1 by dec 15th.

Hi All,

I know that probably many people have asked this question before, I just can't find the answer!

I just paid my AOS fees and printed the AOS cover page. however, I have not paid the Application (DS-260) fees, as it is not invoiced yet. My Question is: Can I send all financial and supporting documents now or should I wait to pay and fill the DS-260?

Thank you for your help in Advance!

Didi
