Saylin, Hello, just got my P4 email today!! I'm curious about this though: it's saying that I should bring the most recent taxes to the interview, but I'm wondering if the transcripts I sent to NVC are what they want, and I wanna know if since this is now 2015, do I have to bring my W2's for this new year? Interview is Feb 4th, but by then I won't have the new taxes made (done), is that ok? Please help, thanks!

Also, some people say that we need to bring the original birth certificates and marriage certificates to the interview. NVC sent all that stuff to the embassy, is it necessary to get them again?

You can just take your 2013 W2's with you to the interview since CO will know that many wouldn't have filed their tax returns by then. We can do this as long as interview is before April 15th.

If you already sent your originals to NVC, then you can just bring your photocopies to the interview. NVC would have sent your originals to the consulate. If you haven't submitted your originals to NVC, bring your originals to the interview
