Hey guys!

Finally I've got my case number, I-130 received 12/02/2014, case number issued on 01/09/2015, almost 42 days they promise.

But I've got one problem here. I am citizen of Belarus but I live in Ukraine now - as permanent resident (bordering countries). The problem is that residents of Belarus have to get immigrant visas in Warsaw, Poland, which is FAR AWAY and i would need a visa for Poland too. There is a US embassy that issues immigrant visas in Kiev Ukraine, right where we live right now, like half an hour drive. I've got case number that starts with WRW which is I believe Warsaw. I don't want to go there (24h on train), I want to be processed in Ukraine.

Is it possible to have embassy changed on my case? How is it done? Did anyone do it? I have papers proving my permanent residency in Ukraine, I believe I should be able to get visa from Ukrainian embassy.

Thanks for any info

Hi I have question ?

Do we have to send package thru only USPS?

What about send thru FEDEX over night?

What abut scanning and send thru email / electronic?

Please reply

I overnighted my package with FedEX every time! Just make sure it gets there on a weekday cause they're closed on weekends

Hi everyone!

We are assembling AOS package and IV package to send them together in one envelope. How we should organize things?

Do we assemble each package separately (with package's own bar code letter, cover letter, etc and then combine all together?

I put them in separate envelopes with its own bar code letters etc & then put all envelopes in one shipping package.

Did you sort documents in envelope using nvc document cover sheet or using your own cover letter?

Since your wife is only immigrant whom you are sponsoring,

you need to put 1 for line 7 in part 3. Also, put 1 for line 1 in part 5. Enter 0 for line 3 in part 5 since you already counted your wife.

If you observe, line 7 in part 3 says to add up numbers from items 1-6 of part 3.

but my wife is not included in part 3 at all. shes only listed in part 2. so the actual total of numbers 1-6 is 0...see why i got confused? I mean unless I am supposed to include her as a family member in part 3 also...but she's not a family member of the main applicant either.
