This is nerve reck process. But we will get through. Best of luck!

I just gave them another call, this time I was super lucky, she was willing to transfer me to a supervisor after she hear what's going on, and the supervisor was petty nice that he took a look at the 1864 form and the tax return, and confirmed I am right, I did put the right amount. So now, my case is finally completed, checked on ceac, got 3 n/a too so happy.

Thank you so much for your help. :dancing:

Oh, ok. I'll message you here on VJ when I emailed you back to let you know, so you can see if you actually got the email or not!

I'd also suggest bringing the first letter you got from NVC with your case number and such. That'll show you're at the next step in the process after USCIS.

Bless you my friend and thank you for understanding my paranoia hahahha OMG I was never like this before this experience. I thought, you know who was intercepting my e-mails shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, And who knows they might be........................................... scared16.gif

EXPEDITE REQUEST - PLEASE HELP!

I requested for an expedite of our case via the email address nvcexpedite@state.gov and today received an email stating it was denied (for no reasons given)

Luckily, I had emailed the same directly to the consulate in Sydney how replied stating they understood the stress I was in regarding my husband's health but could not approve the expedite request because the NVC had not confirmed receipt of my civil docs.

I sent in my civil docs along with the AOS packet which was received by the NVC on the 28 November!!! I am at breaking point as I do not understand

Any suggestions of what I can do to overturn this decision? do I call the NVC?

UGH!! i am so frustrated.

Omg! Nvc is a mess. I would contact the Sydney consulate and inform they were submitted. And if you can forward. Also, contact nvc a supervisor and explain why they denied the request because of there lack. How long did it take to get a response after your request? Im waiting on embassy to reply to request.

I emailed Sydney consulate back and advised them to review my case, as the NVC has received my documents. I have completed all forms and paid all necessary fees - also asked if i can send the documents to them directly if necessary so i guess just waiting to hear back from them.

I also emailed that same expedite email regarding the civil documents. I am currently on hold with the NVC right now (after dialling a tleast 30 times to get through)

I got a response from NVC and the consulate within 2 business days. I think it depends on how long your consulate takes to respond.

I would suggest emailing both NVC expedite and your consulate directly. At least my consulate informed me of WHY it was declined.

It seems that the NVC do not like explaining things.

This has to be the most furstrating experience. So much red tape and hoops to jump through.

We mailed our I-130 today! :dancing:

We were denied previously for the K-1 due to sending the wrong Chinese documentation for my wife's divorce certificate. USCIS was not clear in the RFE of what they wanted until they sent the denial letter. :diablo:

But we are married now, sent tons of proof and the second time will stick!

Dont give up! Push until they fix the matter. A total lack of communication between both nvc and embassy.

I requested it Dec 18 to both embassy and nvc on Dec 29 nvc reply to submit evidence and embassy reply to do it through nvc with I did Jan 4 email it and on the 5th they confirmed received. Today I called nvc and they said they forward to consulate now waiting.
