proof of relationship is not required while petitioning for spouse

ok so not applicable is what I need to check right?

USCIS : 7 months
Marriage : March 21, 2014
I-130 Sent : April 18, 2014
I-130 NOA1 : April 22, 2014
I-130 Approved: November 14, 2014 ( after two service request) 

NVC: 6 months
Received : December 1, 2014
Received DS-261 / AOS Bill : January 1, 2015
Pay AOS Bill : January 9, 2015
Submit DS-261 : January 7, 2015
Receive IV Bill : January 15, 2015 called after AOS showed paid, they released it overnight)
Pay IV Bill : January 23, 2015
Send IV and AOS: January 29, 2015
Scan date: February 3, 2015
Checklist: March 19, 2015 (only need to send south Africa police report)
Case Complete: June 3, 2015 

EMBASSY: 10 months
Interview appointment letter : December 4, 2015
Interview Date : January 21, 2016 medical wasn't complete
Second interview date: April 4th 2016
Interview Result :APPROVED!!!
Visa Received : 4/13/2016 ( they sent us a email stating our visa was ready for pick up)

USA LIFE
US Entry :4/29/2016 
Social Security : 5/10/2016 (filed from the actual office)
State ID: 5/14/2016
Started working!!: 5/25/2016
Finally paid green card fee: 6/24/2016 ( note said we will receive it within 60 days)
Green card in hand: 7/5/2016 10 year green card we done!! 

1st king born: 6/30/2016

April 2017 update: Marriage still going strong, baby boy getting bigger. Life is good

So I just spoke to another rep from NVC (much nicer) who confirmed CC!!

Second IR-1 Green Card journey

06/04/2014 - sent I-130

06/11/2014 - case received at Chicago Lockbox

06/16/2014 - case sent to Nebraska Service Centre

06/18/2014 - expedite requested

06/24/2014 - received e-mail from NSC that expedite is being considered

07/10/2014 - I-130 approved

07/17/2014 - approved case sent to NVC

08/11/2014 - expedite requested

08/12/2014 - NVC case number assigned (no IIN)

08/13/2014 - IIN received by email while on hold to NVC

08/13/2014 - DS-261 submitted

08/14/2014 - AOS fee billed

08/15/2014 - AOS fee paid

08/18/2014 - expedite denied :-(

08/27/2014 - Sent AOS and IV package

09/02/2014 - USPS shows package delivered

09/03/2014 - AOS and IV scan date

09/08/2014 - email from NVC stating to wait 60 days for review

09/17/2014 - IV fee invoiced (invoice date of 09/15/2014, therefore 33 days since submitting DS-261)

09/19/2014 - IV fee paid

09/22/2014 - IV fee shows "paid". DS-260 became available.

09/24/2014 - DS-260 completed.

10/28/2014 - AOS Checklist. Checking/savings account verification requested, despite joint-sponsor's AOS package being accepted. Told to send in letter to disregard checking/savings account in the application. Checklist states 60 BUSINESS days to review. :cry:

11/05/2014 - Letter sent to NVC requesting them to disregard checking/savings account.

11/13/2014 - AOS Checklist scan date.

01/07/2015 - Case Complete!!!

01/15/2015 - Interview scheduled for Feb 9!

02/09/2015 - Interview - APPROVED! :dancing:

02/10/2015 - Visa Issued

02/12/2015 - Visa handed over to courier

02/13/2015 - Visa delivered at 8am

02/22/2015 - POE (Orlando, FL)

01-20-15: AOS fee invoiced & paid

01-21-15: Mailed AOS & IV Packages

01-22-15: ORIGINAL SCAN DATE- both packages

01-23-15: Sent corrected AOS - caught my own mistake

I am having some issues....I am trying to access DS260 but everytime I click on pay now, it keeps sending me back to the log in page. What am I doing wrong?

Congratulations archmart!!! You must be thrilled and relieved. May I please ask if that Nov. 18th. scan date was for a checklist or your origninal submission. And if original scan date did you send both your AOS packs and IV packs together. Good luck with the interview stage!! ;.)

Wow! That gives me so much hope...we're Nov. 17th scan date of IV & AOS together ~ I wasn't thinking we had any possibility of hearing something for another week. Congrats again :)(F)

Well, technically, the most recent tax years are 2011, 2012, and 2013. As for 2014, it is just becoming the most recent tax year now as W2s are being sent out and people file their 2014 taxes. If you only mentioned 2013, then you may get a checklist asking about 2011 and 2012.

Guess you'll just have to wait and see what happens...

Finally got the IV fee opened as I touched down on a plane today. I've got the packets ready for email filing and want to get it done either today or tomorrow, but now I'm panicking that I've forgotten something or we've mis-checked a box somewhere. Gaaaaaah. Is there anyone that would be willing to accept a (with personal info blurred out) pdf and tell me if I've forgotten a thing? I've checked everything four times, but I'm terrified of checklists.

Met in 2010 on a forum for a mutual interest. Became friends.
2011: Realized we needed to evaluate our status as friends when we realized we were talking about raising children together.

2011/2012: Decided we were a couple sometime in, but no possibility of being together due to being same sex couple.

June 26, 2013: DOMA overturned. American married couples ALL have the same federal rights at last! We can be a family!

June-September, 2013: Discussion about being together begins.

November 13, 2013: Meet in person to see if this could work. It's perfect. We plan to elope to Boston, MA.

March 13, 2014 Married!

May 9, 2014: Petition mailed to USCIS

May 12, 2014: NOA1.
October 27, 2014: NOA2. (5 months, 2 weeks, 1 day after NOA1)
October 31, 2014: USCIS ships file to NVC (five days after NOA2) Happy Halloween for us!

November 18, 2014: NVC receives our case (22 days after NOA2)

December 17, 2014: NVC generates case number (50 days after NOA2)

December 19, 2014: Receive AOS bill, DS-261. Submit DS-261 (52 days after NOA2)

December 20, 2014: Pay AOS Fee

January 7, 2015: Receive, pay IV Fee

January 10, 2015: Complete DS-260

January 11, 2015: Send AOS package and Civil Documents
March 23, 2015: Case Complete at NVC. (70 days from when they received docs to CC)

May 6, 2015: Interview at Montréal APPROVED!

May 11, 2015: Visa in hand! One year less one day from NOA1.
