So I called and spoke with a very rude guy that gave me the 60 days speech... Is it possible that my Case is not complete even if I see 3 n/a?!

Your case is complete. Congratulations !!!

Please try again and see if you can talk with another representative from NVC to confirm

Where do you all see this 'n/a' thing? Is it on the page where we log in and see both IV and AOS fee's shows as PAID?

Yes exactly. The affidavit of support fee will change from PAID to N/A

Is NVC consistent in sending out case complete email? I didn't get one yet.

How long usually NVC takes in scheduling interview after case complete? (especially for bombay embassy)

I-130 (IR-1) TIMELINE [MUMBAI CONSULATE]
07-02-2020 - I-130 SENT
06-01-2021 - APPROVED

NVC
06-06-2021 - Recevied NVC case no. - case entered into nvc's system

06-08-2021 - AOS fee
06-08-2021 - IV fee
07-05-2021 - IV & AOS documents submitted online

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

08-12-2021 - submitted police clearance certificate - which was last document submitted to NVC

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy

It usually takes a week to receive the case complete email. If you just got case complete this week, you won't see it until next week.

And you should follow my advice in post 1 on how to get an estimate on the average time from case complete to interview date assigned based on your consulate/embassy ;)

Case complete as of today!!! Saw 3 N/As and then spoke to Joyce who confirmed it and told me that they're waiting for an interview date.

I can't believe it and was shaking when I saw the N/A... I took a screen shot because I was scared I was dreaming.

OMG I just went on ceac website and I have 3 N/A!!!!!!

I will call Nvc to confirm as soon as I get home!'

Last scan date dec 10th for an error that I caught, previous scan date oct 29th

That's so awesome!! I did the same as you caught my mistake I hope they do the same. my last scan date is the Dec 10th also

ok so I just got the welcome email.. now on the cover sheet I can see whats not applicable but it says

proof of relationship .. proof of relationship to who?

proof of US status... ?????

on the Financial document part.. is that something I send? confused...

I-130 Sent : April 18, 2014
I-130 NOA1 : April 22, 2014
I-130 Approved: November 14, 2014 ( after two service request) 

NVC: 6 months
Received : December 1, 2014
Received DS-261 / AOS Bill : January 1, 2015
Pay AOS Bill : January 9, 2015
Submit DS-261 : January 7, 2015
Receive IV Bill : January 15, 2015 called after AOS showed paid, they released it overnight)
Pay IV Bill : January 23, 2015
Send IV and AOS: January 29, 2015
Scan date: February 3, 2015
Checklist: March 19, 2015 (only need to send south Africa police report)
Case Complete: June 3, 2015 

EMBASSY: 10 months
Interview appointment letter : December 4, 2015
Interview Date : January 21, 2016 medical wasn't complete
Second interview date: April 4th 2016
Interview Result :APPROVED!!!
Visa Received : 4/13/2016 ( they sent us a email stating our visa was ready for pick up)

USA LIFE
US Entry :4/29/2016 
Social Security : 5/10/2016 (filed from the actual office)
State ID: 5/14/2016
Started working!!: 5/25/2016
Finally paid green card fee: 6/24/2016 ( note said we will receive it within 60 days)
Green card in hand: 7/5/2016 10 year green card we done!! 

1st king born: 6/30/2016

April 2017 update: Marriage still going strong, baby boy getting bigger. Life is good

proof of relationship is not required while petitioning for spouse
