Yup checklist for AOS. I think people who had original scan dates got CC, even Nov 11th, Nov 17th, December 17th scan dates I have seen but unfortunately few unlucky like me who got checklisted are waiting longer!!! it really hurts its our 7th month at NVC. Whats your scan date? is that for checklist?

Hi, could you please inform us where you noticed those with December scan dates got CC ?

A little of 30 days into our 60 day wait. We are still hopeful to have him here by April. Good luck everyone! :goofy:

Hi all! I am curious if any of you know of cases where a call from a congressman has helped speed up the NVC process? I have contacted my congressman about my situation (high risk pregnancy) and am curious if it might make a difference... my thoughts are with you all through this drawn out process and hope that we are all United with our loved ones soon :)

Well I also contact congressman to help on an expedited request I did due to pregnancy and financial hardship. He did response with a release of information form. Which I just mailed back. Now I await to see if it makes a difference his intervention. Will keep you post. Nothing hurt to try.

That cc for Dec 17 I believe it was Friday I read it here on VJ it was on checklist. Correct me if wrong VJ.

My AOS/IV Scan date is December 3rd. No checklist yet...praying never.

I saw those scan dates in this forum only. Yes those were for checklist and one was without checklist.

USCIS:
Service Center : Vermont Service Centre
Consulate : New Delhi, India.
2013/12/02 : Got Married in India
2014/02/13 : Mailed I-130 application
2013/02/18 : NOA 1
2014/06/04 : Received NOA2


NATIONAL VISA CENTER (NVC):
2014/06/30 : National Visa Center (NVC) received approved I-130 petition from Vermont Service Centre
2014/07/10 : National Visa Center (NVC) Case Number, IIN & BIN generated.
2014/07/18 : DS-261 available. Completed & submitted online.
2014/07/18 : AOS fee bill invoiced & paid online.

2014/08/15 : Mailed AOS package (Scan date-19th August)

2014/09/04 : IV fee bill invoiced & paid online.

2014/09/06 : Mailed IV package (scanned into system on September 10th)

2014/09/10 : Submitted DS-260

2014/11/07: New scan date for AOS checklist

2015/01/05: Case Complete

Why did you get CC so late?

Did you have a checklist? That is a lot more then 60 days. Scan date Sept 24 that was my scan date got checklist Nov 21 and new scan is Dec 16

They lost my marriage certificate then they told me it will take 42 days for supervisor review..I guess they found it now :)

Omg! What lack of responsibility nvc. Congrats on ur cc.:)
