Welcome to the forum.

:guides: easily accessible at the top of the forum page. In particular, the Bringing a Child, Son or Daughter to Live in the US guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/child , in order to get some ideas of the proper procedure for you to start the process. How old is your son?

I am certain you will get more responses.

Good luck on your immigration journey.
