I have gotten my i-864 response on end of october and I have sent my checklist response mid november. After few days I realized that I sent my checklist response wrong and sent again the new one in december. Now waiting for my old checklist response. Any suggestion what's gonna happen ? I called in NVC, they said they are still working on the old checklist response as they have not scanned my new i-864 forms. Please give me any suggestions. Thank you.

You need to give people a little more time than 20 minutes to respond, especially during the holidays :)

Hopefully, they will simply receive the new response and work with that, but it is entirely possible they will send you another RFE when they realise the first response you sent is wrong.

Thank you.

I understand that, however; they are taking 60 days the day they receive new docs. I cannot afford loosing another 60 days. I told them if I could speak to supervisor, however; I have been scheduled to speak to supervisor hopefully by this Friday.

But it was you who made a mistake- I know it is hard to wait even longer in this long process, but you can't really expect them to make an exception for you and process you faster, making others wait even longer, because you made a mistake.

If the USCIS is like our office, there are a lot of people missing from Thanksgiving to after New Year's. It is very quiet here today. So there are fewer people to do the work and if the person that is working on your case is take their vactaion right now, it will be a while before you hear anything. The holidays are a bad time to have the USCIS do anything. I would expect teh holidays to add another 30 days to your processing time.

Hopefully you can enjoy the New Year celebration today,

Dave

I am not saying that they should put my file ahead of others. I have made a mistakes and I have corrected it before I hear anything from them, Hopefully I may receive a checklist again by next week or so and will try to explain the circumstances to supervisor.

Anyway thanks for your concern and help.

OP is dealing with the NVC at this point, not USCIS. However, everything else you wrote is relevant.
