Can't pay IV fee

We submitted DS-261 on December 2 and paid the AOS bill on December 3. Still waiting to be able to pay IV bill and hence to send in our documents and get a scan date.

At http://ceac.state.gov/ctrac after logging in, under "IV Application Processing Fees" there is no option to pay or select anything. It just says "Total Amount Selected: $0.00". And at https://ceac.state.gov/IV after logging in, there is a link that says "PAY NOW" under APPLICANT INFORMATION - IV FEE, but when we click on that, it just takes us back to log in again even though we are already logged in, and hence an infinite loop begins. I have seen some people posting here that they called and the NVC said there are technical problems with their website regarding payment and there's no timeframe for when it'll be fixed.

To others who are having this problem: are you snail mailing your payment in or waiting for the website to be fixed? If you snail mail it in will you get a confirmation? If not, how will I get the IV cover page? As always it is maddening to just be helplessly waiting for the NVC. Thanks for any advice.

keep checking everyday. It takes time to get invoice. I would say, probably 2 to 4 weeks.

You just log in at CEAC. Once you can click on the IV fee that's the cue.

Yes. You will receive an email.

We have the same issue. Waiting for the IV bill. Thinking if we should attach both AOS and IV documents in one email for EP.. hopefully it might get them to bill us faster...

Yes you will get an e-mail. all communication is due through e-mail.

Finally gave NVC a call, we dialed around 20 times and waited for 30 mins. We got a very nice lady and it turned out the DS-261 was incomplete even though the website said it is completed. We gave her the information and she said our bill should be generated within few days! Fingers crossed so we can move on with the process and do the 60 days count down soon!
