Faith38 im from kenya....mamaof3 thanks alot..God is good...just last week l received a Notice of intend to deny but l overcame that...it was their fault thou...they overlooked a certain document that l had sent with my original filing and had the nerves to send me a NOID.an RFE would have been better in that case..you can imagine how crashed l was when l saw that letter...anyway my lawyer wrote a letter and attached another copy of the same letter then mailed it this past monday....my case status now says welcome letter has been mailed....life begins now...lol

Hi Guys, l havent been active for the last a few months, A few days ago my case(i360) is approved after a nasty RFE. Sandra was able to guide me through everything. I would like to thank Sandra for all her support and guidance. She is an amazing person. Now l am waiting for i485 interview. I know my journey is not over yet but l see the light finally. Thank you again Sandra!! And l wish many approvals to those people who have been waiting for a long time. Any information or experience about i485 interview would be helpful and appreciated. Have nice day Vj members!! Sandra again you are an amazing human being!!!

hey VJ Members,

I had my interview on Friday the 2nd, it went all well, took us 10 minutes, I had a vey nice officer lady, she was very lovely, all she wanted to see was my passport and ID, my attorney was present as well, so the officer approved me on spot, she said I will expect mail next week as she said, I was really nervous at the beginning, but hey it wasn't that bad, thanks god, I wish all the others who are still waiting or about to attend interview good luck, everything will be fine.

Hi sandra. I will submit my vawa application this week. Im just worried though as i read posts. Most people who filed vawa has their own lawyers.

And i dont have a lawyer. Would that be a problem? but im confident with my documents and affidavit bec u helped me a lot and we reviewed everything. Is having no lawyer okay? Esp. At the interview?

Reeses not even 20% of people filing VAWA have attorney.Most they do not have attorneys.

It's ok. I've unsubscribed from my email.

I'll check in from time to time to see how everyone is doing but right now my emails are getting bogged down with notifications.

Hello guys! Does anyone know what is the address in Vermont to send I485 and I765 after I360 was approved? And can I send G1145 e-mail notification request with that?
