Thank you all. It's weird cos everytime I got notification ie Vawa was approved then EAD I was so happy. Now this is finished I feel very flat. I thought I'd be jumping over the moon. Don't get me wrong I am very happy cos I've been wanting to go home for a while. It's great knowing that I am free to do so.

I think it can be a bit overwhelming knowing now I've come to the end.

All I can say for those going through the process is to keep the faith, believe in yourself and as much as I was fretting and worrying it will work itself out.

Travel document number is the visa number or just the passport number? put "N/A", if entered using your passport

Current status expires? Is it the i94 expiry or the visa expiry? put the date that expired your I94

Are u filing any other petitions with this one? I tick on yes. But my i485 ead and ap is ongoing its not included in my i360 packet Check NO

Is an application for adjustment of status attached to this petition? CHECK YES and in a white sheet explain when you filed I-485, in the sheet put your name, date of birth, sign the paper.Mention "continued...Form I-360 (put the question number and transcribe the question)

Jawaree if she filed correct the form I129F and submitted all necessary documents then USCIS will adjudicate the I129F and they probably will approve her case, but if something is missing or not correct then USCIS can issue an RFE(Request of evidence).

USCIS may take 5 months to adjudicate her I-129F,but we have a bunch of people here in the VJ waiting 7/9 months, and others had approved in 4/5months.

Good morning All!

First of all, congratulations on the recent AOS approvals! It is wonderful to know that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

My AOS has been at the NBC for 4 months now. Is this OK, or is it anything I can do to have it shipped to my local office (NY)?
