Lafayette you don't have to a psychologist specialized in DV. The psychologist has to perform the BAI and BDI test, all of them know how to perform these tests, and listen what you have to tell her/him, write down, give her professional opinion regarding your case and draft the psychological evaluation and give you a diagnosis. Search for any psychologist with Ph.D, or any Neuropsychologist with Ph.D or a Psychopathologist or Mental Health Counselor.
The evaluation must contain:
-YOUR PSYCHIATRIC/MEDICAL HISTORY
- ONSET OF THEPROBLEM( tell about the abuse in DETAIL, mentioning at least month and year)-
-YOUR EDUCATIONAL/OCCUPATIONAL HISTORY -TESTS ADMINISTERED -PERSONALITY AND EMOTIONAL FUNCTIONING (it's to describe what the psychologist found such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic disorder etc.,

-TESTS ADMINISTERED

-PERSONALITY AND EMOTIONAL FUNCTIONING (it's to describe what the psychologist found such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic disorder etc..

-DIAGNOSTIC IMPRESSION (AXIS)

-NUMBER OF SESSIONS ATTENDED

-REFERRAL

RECOMMENDATIONS (such as individual therapy with a trauma-focused therapist who has experience working with abused women)

Hey VJ members I just wanna update you guys on the status of my Case. I had my Interview this morning, It lasted less than 10 minutes (waited for like 20 mins) and at the end the Officer Informed me that my Case Is still pending and I will receive a notice In a the mail with a decision. Less than an hour later I received an email Notifying me that my Card has been Ordered for Production. Yayyyyyyyyyy ??????????????????????????????????? I have been Approved as a Permanent Resident. To God be the glory....this has been a journey that I'll forever cherish. A big thank you to Sandranj....special thanks to my fellow VJ members who have been there for me throughout this process. Continue to do the good work It pays off.......Good luck to all the waiting members....victory Is a must!!!!!!

Hi everybody and SANDRAJI. First of all THANK YOU VERY MUCH .

I AM READING THIS BLOG SINCE 2012 AND WITH THE HELP OF THIS I FILED MY I-360 and GOT APPROVED .

NOW I STUCK HERE AND MAY BE IN MY CASE I FOUND SOME DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHER .SO I AM LOOKING FOR THE HELP IN THE MATTER.

I RECEIVED THE MASSAGE IN MY USCIS CASE ACCOUNT THAT THEY APPROVED(I GOT APPROVAL NOTICE ALSO) MY I-360 AND TRANSFERRED MY I-13O (MY WIFE FILED AFTER MARRIAGE) TO USCIS OFFICE WHICH COMES UNDER JURISDICTION.

I FILED CONCURRENTLY I-485 WITH I-360 .SO I AM CONFUSED THAT INSTEAD OF TRANSFERRING MY I-485 WHY THEY TRANSFERRED MY I-130? I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY MESSAGE

ABOUT MY PENDING I-485 TILL TODAY AS MY I-360 APPROVED ON APRIL 1 2015.I SEND VERMONT OFFICE INQUIRING LETTER WITH MY SIGNATURE BEFORE THREE WEEK AND STILL NO ANSWER SO PL LET ME HELP IF ANY BODY HAS THE SAME THINGS LIKE ME .
