My Lawyer contacted the USCIS to inquire about my EAD as its outside of processing time...

My Lawyer got a response today that said

"Good day

The EAD applications you inquired on will be pulled for review and to place them in the more immediate workflow. It is anticipate an action will be taken on them in the near future."

Has anyone ever gotten such response? What can I expect? Thanks!

Filed: K-1 Visa Country: Philippines
Timeline

Hi everyone i would like to ask u rgarding an ongoing aos with ead and ap. It was filed with normal requiremnts who entered as k1 visa. However i need to file VAWA bec my husband fake that he is working thibgs out so that his Domestic violence case gt dismissed. After it was dismissed he let us leave the house.

I entered the unites states on oct30 2014 with a k1 visa. With my 3 yr old son as k2 dependent. We got married on nov 2014.my i94 got expired on jan.2015.

My husband had a domestic violence case for abusing me on march22 and may2015. He said he will work things out after the case dismissal. We were able to file AOS,EAD and AP on july 7 2015.but after the case was dismissed they let me leave the house with my children.i have a biometric schedule coming for the AOS.aug26 to be exact

my question is, since we are physically separated, what will happen with the AOS,EAd and ap.

If i file vawa can i still use that aos and just request to consolidate the files?

Hope for any responses. We have a 7 month old daughter and i have a 3 yr old son. We now moved to washington and qaiting for transitional housing.
