Sandra thank you. It's been exactly 3 months since they sent my prima facie. I am very nervous now waiting. Do you know if I get RFE, how long usually USCIS give time to respond? My ID and drivers license will expire in November 2015. Can I renew it with prima facie or I need to wait until the decision on the I360?

Thank you!

Any RFE usually gives you 87 days to reply.

hi guys,

well I just talked to an uscis officer on the phone, to ask about my case, well she couldn't give me no information, but here is what she was saying, as for now the processing time is 9 months or longer, I almost had an heartattack, omg I cant believe that, that means more waiting time

Sandra did u have any cases this year taking that long?

Chicago is taking a long time to adjudicate the AOS, they are adjudicating cases received in October 2014. Despite the charter shows the cases they are working, sometimes the local office sets up an interview before.

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do

The charter shows they are working in Chicago the cases received in Aug 2014, but it was published on May 31, 2015 then advance always two months then you have an idea when they will adjudicate your case.
