DODGERTOWN you need to submit form I485, I765, G325A, I864W,G1145, and if you can't afford to pay the USCIS fees then submit form I 912 and ask to waive the fees regarding forms I485- and I765. When filing out form I765 choose category C ( 9 ).

Submit a cover letter, copy of your VAWA APPROVAL,copy of marriage certificate, copy of your birth certificate and respective translation,if you are divorced copy of the divorce decree, copy of your valid passport, copy of the I94,if you were inspect at the Port of Entry,4 pictures passport style. You must submit to Vermont ok. If you were previously married submit copy of the divorce decree as well.

Sandra, as always, BIG thank you for the detailed answer. Quick question though, if I decided to file I-485, I-765 and I-131 concurrently how many photos do I need to submit?

It is my understanding that each application requires 2 photos, so 2x3=6 photos? I've also heard, that I-765 and I-131 (Advance parole) will be the same document/card, so only 4 photos needed, i.e. 2 for I-485 and 2 for I-765+I-131. So which one is true?

Tink 88 a VAWA filer can file advance parole if he/she has a pending AOS and if the alien is not subject to a final order of removal. Many VAWA filers from VAWA thread part 4 and 5 traveled abroad using AP.

Keep in mind that advance parole does not guarantee readmission to the U.S, you can still be denied U.S. reentry at the discretion of Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
