Oh i didnt mean that, i meant if you explain it more? Or ad more evideience etc. or u just send it as last time. Anyways, im happy that Sandra is thers to help me with whatever she can. Thank you. Also im honest :) just dont have enough proofs to prove that. Have a good one.

Did they tell you why they denied your first vawa? if they did then you know what part of your declaration that you need to focus on by providing more details and showing the necessary evidence to satisfy the officer.

take care

IMPORTANT.....

Hello everyone, i need your help. Is there anyone who applied for vawa 2nd time? I need some info like how you did it, did you change your story and proofs or everything was same ? etc. please reply me or msg me,i really need your help. Thank you very much.

Hi Kimmra, to answer your question, i applied for vawa the second time. I did not change the single thing from the first one. I just added my ex husband's birth certificate which the USCIS wanted. Thats all.

What kind of request did you do? E- request? infopass? called the USCIS hotline? what did you do exactly?

E request and just wrote my 485 was out of processing time based on my receipt date. What is your 485 receipt date? Then go and look at processing time on your local office and see if you are over processing. I filed in April and my office was working on May when I put the request in. If you look back about a month in this forum another member told me to do that and I am very great-full I did.

My I-485 receipt is dated before my Vawa, it was filed based on my marriage to my USC spouse before the abuse. Thanks for the Info Henry

Welcome to the waiting club. The fact that your file was transferred back to Vermont is not a great sign, they might re-adjudicating your I-360.

Did you schedule an infopass? in order to talk to an immigration officer. I think that is the first thing you should do.

If you don't get any information from the infopass then get your congressman involved, they might get more info and help speed up the process.

And if contacting the congressman's office doesn't work, contact the USCIS Ombudsman, and let them know about your situation.

Thanks for your help ,blest.but.strest ... I didn't schedule a infopass yet , but the last time I spoke with the officer on the fone he sad everthing was ok , and a infopass will be the same answer he gave me . About my I360 im checking on line and its ok nothing change Thank God . What you guys think ? About the congressman I'm afraid to hurt my case . Someone already viewed this situation before ? Sandra ? Thanks

Hey guys! I'm still in the process of collecting all the evidence for i360 and I have a question. My husband is a nomad and we lived in 5 states in 2 years. Instead of getting police clearance records in my name from every place, can I just request a background check from FBI? So I'll spend only $18 vs $100+
