On the I-751 in Part 4 it says to list all of your children, I read on other forums from awhile back that people only listed there children that were filing for a removal of conditions with the parent. Our child Is already a US Citizen because she got her Consular Report of Birth Abroad, but Im pretty sure we include her because it asks for all children and does not stipulate only conditional resident children. Also since our daughter is a US citizen she has no alien registration number, so do we just list her and leave the A# part blank?

Also for Part 5 do we check no for the three boxes regarding disabilities if it does not apply to us?

A link to the actual I-751 form is here if you need to see what questions im talking about: http://www.uscis.gov/i-751

Hi Regan,

If they are asking you to list all your children then that is what they want you to do. My son also has a consular report of birth abroad and is a US citizen but I still listed him because that is what they are asking for. I left the A# blank because as you stated, the child doesn't have an alien # since he/she is a US citizen. You are not going to mess anything up by giving them too much information so definitely include your daughter's info.

As for part 5, if you do not have any disabilities that require the types of assistance that they are referring to then you would check "No" in each of the three boxes.

Good luck!

Awesome, Thank you for your answer thats exactly what i was hoping to hear, i researched the answer and all i could find is a bunch of posts from 2009 going back and forth wondering whether or not to include US citizen children.

If anyone else would like to give there opinion on this question that would be great as well!
