They updated it on December 23rd with data from October 31st. The data is always about two months behind.

No. At least not for TSC. it's often more than once a month and has nothing to do with the 15th of the month.

We generally process cases in the order that we receive them. On this page you can find an estimate of how much time the office handling your case currently takes to process your type of application, petition, or request.

The information on this page will be updated around the 15th day of each month to reflect current processing times as of the previous full month. Please note that these data are preliminary and may change without notice.

To check processing times for your type of application, petition, or request, you will need to know:

• The office where the form is being reviewed;
• The type of form; and
• The date on which USCIS received the form

You can find this information on the receipt notice that we mailed to you when we accepted your case for processing. Once you have this information, use the appropriate drop-down menu and corresponding Processing Dates button to display a chart of local processing timeframes.

They are supposed to update it every 15 days.

What you posted actually says they update it once a month, generally around the 15th of each month.

In my experience, they usually update it in the second week of each month (let's say between the 7th and 15th), and then sometimes they update the page again at the very end of the month, but without new data.

The data itself always comes from the last day of two calendar months earlier, at least in my experience checking several times a month (and at many points several times a week) over the past year.

They won't have data from November 30th until their January update, which like I said usually happens in the second week or so of each month.

All the data is currently up to date. I feel your pain though; I wish the data were "fresher," but based on their own explanation and historical updates, nothing is out of date or behind schedule for processing times.

Field Office Processing Dates for Texas Service Center as of: November 30, 2014

It's Febuary 9th already and no data refresh

They updated it today for TSC.. though it's horrible horrible news

it went from June 6, to June 25..

the backlog got even worse! and with the whole Obama Immigration thing coming..

holy #######, TSC is just..

I feel for everyone there tbh.. I'm just glad I escaped it already
