Meh. I'm still waiting for my green card. I filed last February, got the interview waiver letter in June and my EAD in May. I sent in a service request in October to see how it was doing, never heard back. We contacted the congressman for our area who helped push with our K-1 process, and USCIS responded that they're experiencing a delay and it may be a delay of 9-12 months now, not the 6 months they said in the letter. So it could end up being well over a year or more before I get my GC.

I have a great job, a nice car, I'm settling in very well now but it's so hard feeling completely comfortable and like you can get on with life while you have this looming over your head. I've been patient but I'm starting to get so frustrated with it. They've been processing June as of October 31st, so it's not like they haven't gotten past February yet. Now that Christmas is over, it feels like I've got all this to 'look forward to' and my first year of having to file taxes and worrying about the Health Insurance marketplace tax subsidies we had earlier in the year. Just.. meh.

Sorry to hear you are still waiting. I understand your frustration, especially when some get their green card in only a 2-3 months. It felt like it took forever to get my husband's green card. I know it should be no big deal, but its stressful to have that hanging out there. I would constantly worry that we missed an RFE, that something got over-looked or lost in the mail, etc. Not to mention, I just wanted to be done with checking the USCIS website for awhile! We are getting ready to file ROC and I am worried it will be a repeat of the green card wait all over again. Good Luck! I hope you hear something soon! :clock:

You've had a long wait so far however all the indications are that USCIS are still only processing February 2014 applications at the moment. Hopefully as a February filer you will be at the front of the line now!

It is annoying but you have to just wait. I got my NPOV letter in November. I have EAD/AP which seems to work for now.

As long as I get mine before my EAD expires I'll be fine.
