We had an AOS interview on October 17th. The interview didn't go smoothly as the officer said we didn't have enough proof and was rude from the second we walked in. Asked a few questions to both of us, all answered correctly and she said she would send an RFE the same day. Now it's been almost 45 days..

Any idea's on what i should be doing? The USCIS website still just says we've been scheduled for an interview, it hasn't been updated since mid September.

What's been 45 days? From your interview date until now it's been 75 days. Have you contacted uscis? Congressmen?

Not sure why u typed 45 but yes we're at 2.5 months. I haven't done anything yet other than call the uscis but that didn't get me anywhere, they told me it was the holidays and they are backed up. I just wanted to know which steps to take next, I'll try to make an info pass after the holidays.

So taking this long is not normal?
