On the flip side, there are companies that sell special conceal carry bags out there. In fact, she apparently had one.

But if the owner is not carrying the bag, then the firearm is still out of her control. Surely, this defeats the intent of a concealed "carry" bag? :huh:

Yes, I think they aren't very safe because rarely does a person hold on to their bad for the entire time they are out of the house.
