If she is receiving the mail at that address, then you can either leave it blank or put her name in the box. If you were having someone else receive the mail at that address for her, then you would put that persons name in the box. I put my wife's name in the care of box just to cover all the bases. It's not that big of a deal. The envelope came to the house addressed like this:

Mrs. Teddy B

c/o Mrs. Teddy B

Ok cool, i have a better understanding of it now, thanks. Do you have a answer to my PO BOX question?

Any other replys as to opinions of what to do are welcome:)

Have you been receiving USCIS forms at the po box previously? If yes, then I would put the PO Box in on 17b. for mailing address. The street address of the house should go in 16b.

Correct but on part 17 b which would be our mailing address, it asks for street number and name, well our address is a PO BOX, would we just put our PO BOX in that blank?

I believe I just answered that. Put the PO Box# in 17b if that's your normal mailing address.
