Hello, My wife and I getting ready to file the I-751 removal of conditions for my wife soon. My wife is here in the U.S.

originally on a K-1 Visa, then AOS, the first 2 steps of immigration have gone very well, no issues to speak

of. I am a U.S. born citizen.

I am a little confused about "Part 2 Basis for Petition"

Joint Filing

My conditional residence is based on my marriage or my parents marriage to a U.S. citizen or

permanent resident, and I am filing this joint petition together with:

1.a. My spouse

1.b. My parents spouse because I am unable to be

included in a joint petition filed by my parent and

my parent's spouse.

I am assuming that we would check

1.a. My spouse

Then I would go on to place my information in "

Part 3 Information about the petitioning spouse

or, if Filing as a child seperately, information

about the U.S. Citizen or LPR Stepparent

Through whom you gained your Conditional

Residence.

My wife also has a daughter who is still in the Philippines. We

are still in the process of trying to get her here. (Very long story)

I am assuming we need to list her on the Form I-751 even though

she is not here with us . My wife did list her on her K-1 Visa.

Thank you so much for any information you can help with.

Kind Regards
