You pay for what you get.

That's not how most immigration attorneys operate in the US. You clearly aren't getting anything from your attorney, or you think you retained them when in fact all you had was a fee-for-service consultation.

If she is moving in with you and your parents or her parents which ever it may be, the bills don't have to be mortgages, you could have your parents bills changed to you and her, like the cable bill, the phone bill, then also if you have been together for a year living separately you would have call records, showing you call each other daily or so, you can also have as many friends as possible give you notarized affidavits stating they are aware of your relationship and how they know about it. with your age and social media I would believe you have tons of friends and pictures with both of you and the friends in them.

Thank you for the info. Could you see any other problems arising for us ?

The problem would be just as others have stated. Generally when a person marries, they hopefully do so for love. Sadly, the USCIS doesn't entirely care about love on the face of things. They care about the couple being in a genuine marriage, that there is no fraud or intent to solely collect a green card, and that you will not be a public charge. In order to prove this to them you should at the very least make significant strong and well-thought out plans as to where you are going to live together after you are married. I mean.. that's just what the average married couple does is live in the same place. Are either one of you intending to work (you when you are allowed to of course)? They should also expect at least some sort of joint accounts or bills. And these are things you both will have to consider together before you jump toward the courthouse, let alone filing papers. It's commendable that at an age so young you are willing to marry, and I do wish you both the best. But remember that marriage is a massive commitment, and I think in this case it's going to need some work and planning before you get there -- even if that means waiting a little while. You should at least have someone photograph the wedding and have photographs and documented evidence of your relationship.

If you do not provide strong evidence, I'm sorry to say it will probably be an issue and not because you require a joint sponsor, but because of the suspicion of fraud.

Yes that makes sense with the bills. I understand. And yes we have a bunch of pictures in our phones and a bunch on social networks. All of our friends are aware of our relationship so yes that would make sense. We just have to get the bills sorted out.

Wait a minute... Did I read you say "she may move in with us.. but she may not."??? Then, if you don't mind me asking, what IS the point of your marriage? That sounds concerning to ME, so I'm sure it would sound concerning to the government that you guys want to get married right away so that you can... not live together? Sorry if I misunderstood :)

And as I just read your recent post.. are you working ILLEGALLY? Because then yes, you do have to be truthful about that, and yes, you're going to have problems because of it. I wouldn't expect to get off easily when you're trying to marry a girl that you aren't sure you'll even be living with (or when you'll be living with) after marriage after you've been working illegally on a visa that blatantly states you are not permitted to work while on.

Edit- wait, you said you're on an e-2 visa, but you're not supposed to be working? I'm confused as to what visa you're in the US on. Is it a student visa or an e-2?
