Hello! I was a bit confused. Is the scan date in the email below is Dec 11, receipt date, or Dec 16, date of the letter from NVC? Thanks! image.jpg

I had received a checklist for that same reason. I wrote a letter explaining why I didn't file taxes on 2013, went on IRS.gov and printed form showing that there was no taxes to be claimed for that year and I even went further and had my letter notarized. My last scanning was on Nov. 17. I called today and they said I still have a week to go. This waiting is stressful. Uff!!!

I had received a checklist for that same reason. My Husband called them last week and the Agent said they cannot do anything we have to wait 60 days atleast....Its my 11th month in NVC!!!!!

Ok guys last scan was Nov. 17. Just called NVC and case has been completed. Finally I can stop stressing a little now.
