Question regarding k1 process

Hi everyone my question is does my fiancé send me the intent to marry and passport photos and other documents for me to include in the k1 packet? Or how does she take care of the forms she needs ? I am the USA citizen she lives in Uganda

The beneficiary needs to send you a signed G325A form, the passport photo and a signed Letter of Intent.

G325-A with signature

-Passport siZe Photo

09.06.14- Sent I-129f

09.11.14- NOA1 email

09.15.14- Alien Reg. changed

11.18.14- NOA2

02.02.15- Interview at US Embassy 

02.24.15 - POE San Francisco CA.

Thank you very much for that info. I will have her get working on it and be sumbmiting the k1 soon,she does have a child does she need to send any thing regarding her child for the initial submission? Ie her child also needs passport photos etc? Thank you

no documents needed for her child in intial filling of I-129f but don't forget to include the name on ur I-129f form

I have K2 as well. goodluck

Yes she must sent you a letter of intent. I also suggested that you get letter from a family member acknowledge your relationship. This will help.

Not necessary to have such a letter from a family member at the petition stage; it won't hurt, but don't delay the process for it. All you need to do is state the intention to marry and prove that you have met in the past two years.

Some people are telling me that I need to include passport photos of my fiances child, others have said that I do not. (Initial filing) Can someone please give me definite answer? I thought you had to include her name on I-129f but do not need passport photos of her?
