Most people on here will tell you its pointless. I have red wwway to many post where people say "lawyer messed up our paperwork"

Think about it, no lawyer will spend hours and days double checking your paperwork if it is correct where you will i know i did. So something to think about...

On what visa? B1/B2?

If yes then a lawyer is pointless, its a very very simple process.

I didn't even know what is the difference between all of these visas. Seems I have to surf the intenet before.. Im just really carefull about laws questions

For a tourist visa, a lawyer is pointless; the process is quite easy and will be outlined on your local US embassy's website. The main thing is you need proof of ties to your home country/ reasons you will return after your visit.

If at a later stage you want to go for a more long term visa, a lawyer can be a good idea depending on your situation; for example, work viss are almost always handled by your US employer's lawyer

In march i'm going to visit USA jusa for a few weeks. Yes I understood that lawyer is pointless for this I'll do everything by myself. But next year I want to get work visa. And a i said before, looking forward to become a citizen. And in this case i'm ready to pay extra but for good result. I found a lawyer with good reviews, immigrateful. Looks trustfull? Someone knows how to check his competence?

And thanks for you replies

Most of the process for a work visa will be done by the employer's immigration attorneys. It is against the law for an applicant to for the attorney or fees for filing a work visa petition. So, even with your plan to pursue a work visa, there is little to no reason for an immigration attorney unless you have some problem in your past, such as criminal convictions.
