Hello!

My fiance is calling USCIS right now and he is on hold for at least 170 mins to speak to Tier 2. Is that normal? This is first time calling to speak to Tier 2 and hoping there is someone available! I feel bad for my darlingo. ><

I called today and only waited a minute or two for the first agent. I requested to be transferred to a Tier 2 and after asking me the reasoning and taking down some information, he transferred the call. The wait time was 36 minutes and I got the option to get a call back rather than waiting on hold. I did that and it was a little more than 36 minutes, but I did get a call back and was able to speak to a Tier 2 agent.
