Hello all,

We will soon be filing our I-751 for AOS, and have been reviewing the I-751 instructions. Evidence of the relationship section, "documents should include but not be limited to, the following examples": 5) Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people who have known both of you since your conditional residence was granted and have personal knowledge of your marriage and relationship.

Is this necessary if you have other documents? Also, joint ownership of the residence isn't possible as it was paid off before marriage. Anyone have experience with that circumstance?

Thanks for any input from those knowledgeable. :)
